Fantastic staff

Soft bed. Excellent room with a balcony and a lounge area. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Awesome and exquisite location, a short walk to Spot - Taipei Film House. Greatly enjoyed fairly nice area.

It was as expected, had a memorable stay for 2 nights. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were amazing and fantastic, location was awesome almost in the center of the city. The pool was good and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the main bar.

The rooms are immaculately clean and recently renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

The hotel offered me a room with lovely views overlooking the park. It is conveniently located right next to the Taipei train station, surrounded by two major metro lines, and numerous shops and restaurants.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious and clean room, as well as the large and beautiful lobby. The complimentary wifi and free use of sauna and steam room facilities were a bonus.

The front desk staff lacked professionalism and were not polite when addressing payment and room allocation issues. The wifi password provided was misleading, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Regent for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The rooftop pool provided a calm atmosphere to relax, with very few people. The spa, complete with sauna and different jacuzzis, was a great way to unwind. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, and the clean bathroom was impressive. The breakfast was large and delicious, and the café onsite served excellent award-winning beef noodles. I always make sure to enjoy the breakfast and can't wait to visit again.

My Easter stay was enjoyable. The welcome package waiting for me in my cozy room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location within walking distance of Taipei's transportation hub and shopping centers was excellent! The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options and I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets.

The shower temperature fluctuated constantly, providing more hot water than cold, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The noise in the morning was unexpected, making it hard to sleep.

It's a short walk to the Zhongshan subway station, which is the change station for two major metro lines in this city.

Located in a bustling neighborhood with high, end shops and restaurants, this hotel was a great find for our weekend getaway. We received an upgrade upon check, in which was a very nice touch. the staff were smiling and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was simply amazing with plenty of delicious food to choose from. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free wi, fi and complimentary toiletries.
